When is Mud Run 2020 The Re-Run ?
The event, postponed from 2020 will take place on Sunday 2nd April 2023 at Danemead Scout Campsite.
What is the programme of events ?

Participant Booking
How many places are there ?
The event is limited to 500 places, after which a waiting list will be available. We will try to accommodate everyone on the waiting list but this cannot be guaranteed and is the sole discretion of the organisers, so please book early !
How much is the event ?
The event costs £15 per participant (adults are free). This includes a race, activities, a T Shirt, participation medal and free camping on the Saturday night, if the group decides to camp.
How do I book a place ?
To book a place please use our online booking system. Full payment must be received to secure your place. Once booked in if you numbers increase just make another booking. Bookings will close on the 31st January 2023. On the 1st February 2023 you will receive an email with a link to collect T Shirt sizes etc and a few weeks before the event a final confirmation email.
What are the sizes of T Shirts for participants ?
The T shirt sizes for participants are shown below. There will be one T shirt for each participant as part of the event price.
What are the T shirt sizes for Adults ?
The T Shirt sizes for the adults are :
Small : Chest 34-36"
Medium : Chest 38-40"
Large : Chest 42-44"
X Large : Chest 46-48"
2X Large : Chest 50-52"
3X Large : Chest 54-56"

What do I need to bring as a participant ?
Please bring with you a change of clothes, towel and spending money.

Yes ! We need lots of help, if you can help please sign up as staff.

Facilities
Will there be changing facilities ?
Due to the complexity of providing suitable changing area we will not provide changing areas however groups are welcome to bring changing tents and these can be put up in a dedicated area of the campsite.
Will there be First Aid ?
The event is fully covered by a Medical team.
Will there be any provision of food ?
Our biggest wish from our last Mud Run was that parents and leaders wished there was hot food on site. This year we have professional caterers on site providing Burgers, Hot dogs and fresh chips. Please ensure you bring cash to pay for these.
We will also have a slush van on site. All participants get one free slush but may buy as many as they wish. Again, please ensure you bring cash. We will also have our tuck shop open serving sweets, memorabilia, and hot drinks.
We do accept card and cash payments for the tuck shop.
