Tomahawk Training Course

Danemead Scout Campsite will be hosting its very first tomahawk training course, lead by Terry Longhurst, the founder of Bushscout UK.

This course will be completed on our brand new tomahawk throwing range, proudly built by members of the Danemead crew.

Two courses are available. Saturday 11th October 2025 and Sunday 12th October 2025. All trainees will receive a certificate of attendance and a copy of the Bushscout UK manual.

Please bring a packed lunch and tea, coffee, juice will be provided. We might even chuck in some corporate biscuits. Free parking on site. Please meet outside the toilet block at 09:15 for a 09:30 start. Expected finish time of 16:00.
